Terms of Use

Acceptance

By starting to use RUYAN, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept the terms, do not use the application — it is as simple as that.

Nature of the Service

RUYAN is a guidance and reflection tool. The interpretations it provides:

  • Are NOT medical advice. They do not replace clinical psychology or psychiatry.
  • Are NOT legal advice.
  • Are NOT financial advice.
  • Are NOT prophecy that definitively tells the future.

The interpretations are a blend of mystical, traditional, and psychological perspectives. For important life decisions, consult a qualified professional.

Account

  • It is your responsibility to keep your information current and accurate
  • Do not share your password with anyone else
  • If you notice suspicious activity, notify us: support@ruyan.app
  • You may delete your account at any time (from within the app or by email)

Content

You: You share your dreams and feedback. This content belongs to you, but you grant RUYAN a limited license to use it for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., generating and displaying the interpretation).

We: The RUYAN brand, design, interpretive framework (the Three Window method: Jung / Ibn Sîrîn / Personal), and all copyrighted content belong to us. They may not be reproduced except for personal use.

Prohibited Conduct

Do not do any of the following:

  • Share personal information belonging to others
  • Write spam, harassment, or hate content
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the system
  • Distribute premium content without authorization
  • Extract our content without permission for training artificial intelligence models

Violation of these rules will result in suspension of your account.

Payment and Subscriptions

  • The free tier includes basic dream interpretation + limited meditation
  • Premium subscription is offered via the App Store / Google Play — payment is subject to their rules
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the subscription period after cancellation
  • Refunds are governed by the relevant store’s policy

Limitation of Liability

RUYAN is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or any outcome of the interpretations. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from decisions you make based on the interpretations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RUYAN’s direct or indirect liability shall be limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to the Service

We may change the service, content, pricing, or these terms. In the event of material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notification.

Termination of Service

In the event of a violation, we may suspend or terminate your account. You may also leave at any time — your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
